Leisurecraft Shipping and Delivery Policy
Before You Order: Dundalk Leisurecraft Products
At Your Backyard Oasis, we’re proud to offer handcrafted outdoor wellness products by Dundalk Leisurecraft. Please read the following carefully before placing your order, as Leisurecraft products follow their own shipping, warranty, and return procedures.
Shipping Terms

All Leisurecraft products include scheduled curbside delivery by a freight trucking company (typically a 53' semi-truck).

Drivers do not unload or bring items onto your property. Delivery is curbside only.

Oversized crates (over ~92") cannot be lowered with a liftgate.
Unloading Requirements

Customers are responsible for unloading the crate from the truck.

If you cannot unload yourself, a Tilt-Deck Tow Truck Service can be pre-arranged at the time of order ($750).

This must be scheduled and paid in advance.

It is not available after the order ships.

Failure to unload may result in redelivery fees or return-to-terminal charges at your expense.
Address Changes

Before shipment: free.
-
After shipment: $250 reconsignment fee.
Delivery Inspection & Damage Claims

Inspect your delivery before signing the Bill of Lading.

Note any visible damage or concerns on the delivery slip.

If the driver won’t wait, sign “Pending Inspection.”

Report damage with photos within 48 hours.

Leisurecraft does not accept returns, but replacement parts will be provided for damaged or missing items.
Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can be changed or canceled within 14 days at no charge.

Changes after 14 days may incur a $65 processing fee.

No changes or cancellations are allowed within 7 days of scheduled ship date.
Returns & Final Sale

All Leisurecraft products are final sale.

No returns or refunds are accepted once shipped.

In cases of freight damage or manufacturing issues, replacement parts will be provided under warranty.
Warranty

All Leisurecraft products include a 3-year residential warranty against defects in workmanship or materials.

Warranty provides replacement parts only (labor and shipping not included).

Electrical components (heaters, lighting) are covered separately by their manufacturers (typically 1–5 years).

Warranty does not cover normal wear, improper use, or lack of maintenance (e.g., resealing wood).
Accessories & Tariffs

With a sauna: No tariffs or accessory shipping fees apply.

Standalone orders: A $55 shipping fee applies, and import tariffs of 22–90% (based on country of origin) may be charged. Tariffs must be paid in full before shipping.
