At Your Backyard Oasis, transparency is at the heart of our business. We want you to understand exactly what costs may apply before you place an order.

Import Tariffs & Duties

Some products, including certain saunas and wellness items manufactured in Canada or overseas, may be subject to U.S. import tariffs or duties. These fees are set by U.S. Customs and are beyond our control.

How This Affects You

• If tariffs or duties apply to your order, they will be added to your final invoice or collected prior to delivery.
• You will always be notified of any additional charges before your order ships.
• Your Backyard Oasis does not profit from tariffs or duties — we simply pass through the required fees.
