At Your Backyard Oasis, we’re proud to partner with Golden Designs Inc. to offer premium indoor and outdoor saunas. This policy outlines the return, refund, and warranty procedures for Golden Designs Inc. products.


Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unused, unassembled, and returned in its original packaging.
  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number has been issued by Golden Designs Inc. before the item is shipped back.
  • The returned product arrives in the same condition in which it was delivered.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be denied or subject to additional charges.


Return Process

To begin a return, please contact Your Backyard Oasis to request an RMA. We will provide full instructions for preparing and shipping your item back to Golden Designs Inc.

All returns must be shipped using GDI’s designated freight carrier. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and applicable restocking fees.


Fees and Deductions

  • Restocking Fee: 20% of the product price.
  • Return Freight: 120% of the original outbound shipping rate.
  • Outbound Freight: Original delivery costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been assembled, installed, or used.
  • Items not returned in original packaging.
  • Products returned without an authorized RMA.

Refunds

Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and inspected at the Golden Designs Inc. facility. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing. Refunds are credited to the original payment method, less applicable restocking and freight fees.


Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, note any visible damage on the delivery receipt and take clear photos of all affected areas. Please contact Your Backyard Oasis within 48 hours of delivery. Golden Designs Inc. will assess the claim and, if approved, send replacement parts or a replacement unit at no additional cost.


Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase at no charge. Orders cancelled after this period may already be in production or transit and will be processed as a return under the terms above.
