How much is shipping?
Shipping is not included in product prices — but you’ll always receive your exact cost for approval before payment is processed. See our Transparency in Pricing page for details on shipping, tariffs, and cost clarity.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Leisurecraft: Most items are handcrafted and made-to-order. Contact us for the current build time and estimated delivery window before purchasing.
Golden Designs Inc. (GDI): Most models are in stock and ship within a few business days. Availability varies; please contact us to confirm current inventory.
Returns & Warranty
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
Our Return & Refund Policy explains eligibility and procedures. Some suppliers — such as Leisurecraft — do not accept returns. GDI allows returns within 30 days if the product is unused, unassembled, and in original packaging. Restocking and freight fees apply. See the full GDI Return & Refund Policy for details.
What if something arrives damaged?

Can I buy a sauna heater separately?
Sauna heaters are available only as part of a sauna purchase. If you need stand-alone heater information, contact us to check compatibility and pricing.
