At Your Backyard Oasis, we partner with several premium wellness and outdoor-living brands. Because each supplier has its own policies, return eligibility and procedures may vary depending on the product purchased. This page outlines our store-wide policy and explains how returns are handled by each supplier.

Supplier-Specific Policies:

  • Leisurecraft: Leisurecraft does not accept returns. If an item arrives damaged or with missing components, replacement parts will be provided directly by the manufacturer. For shipping and delivery details, please refer to our Leisurecraft Shipping, Delivery & Order Policy
  • Golden Designs Inc: Returns and refunds for Golden Designs Inc. products are governed by the manufacturer’s policy. Please review the Golden Designs Inc. Return & Refund Policy .

1. General Return Policy

Some products may be eligible for return or exchange, depending on the supplier’s terms. Eligibility is determined by the manufacturer, not by Your Backyard Oasis.

  • Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging.
  • Most return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery unless the supplier offers a longer window.
  • A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.

Please note: Leisurecraft products are final sale and are not eligible for return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Custom-built or made-to-order items
  • Opened or used wellness equipment (including saunas and cold plunges)
  • Items marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase
  • Products from suppliers that do not accept returns (e.g., Leisurecraft)
  • Items not in original packaging

3. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Submit photos of all damage and packaging.
  • We will coordinate with the supplier to repair, replace, or resolve the issue per their policy.

For Leisurecraft products, damaged or missing components will be replaced with new parts; full returns are not permitted.


4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • Original shipping charges may not be refundable.
  • Restocking fees may apply based on supplier terms.

5. Cancellations

Orders can typically be canceled before shipment for a full refund. If the order has already shipped or production has begun (for made-to-order items), cancellation may no longer be possible or may incur supplier fees.
