At Your Backyard Oasis, we partner with a variety of premium wellness and outdoor living brands. Because each of our suppliers has their own return policies, return eligibility and procedures may vary depending on the product purchased.


1. General Return Policy

Some products may be eligible for return or exchange. Eligibility is determined by the supplier’s terms.

To be considered for return:

  • Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Custom-built or made-to-order items

  • Opened or used wellness equipment (e.g., saunas, cold plunges)

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

  • Products from suppliers that do not accept returns


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include photos of the damage and packaging

  • We will coordinate with the supplier to repair, replace, or refund per their policy


4. Refunds

If a return is approved by the supplier:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds may take up to 14 business days to appear in your account

  • Original shipping charges may not be refundable

  • Restocking fees may apply (based on the supplier’s terms)


5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund

  • If the order has already shipped, it may be subject to return restrictions or fees
