Before placing your order, here’s everything you need to know about lead times, delivery expectations, shipping, warranties, and return policies.

How shipping works (approve by email)

  • Place your order — we won’t capture payment yet.
  • We email your exact shipping cost for your address.
  • You approve first, then we capture payment and schedule delivery.

No hidden fees. If anything unusual applies (remote area, re-delivery, storage, etc.), we disclose it before you approve.


Lead times

  • Leisurecraft: Many items are made-to-order; ETAs vary by season.
  • Golden Designs Inc. (GDI): Most items ship within a few business days when in stock. Availability may vary depending on demand. Contact us to confirm before ordering.

Delivery options

  • Curbside Freight (Leisurecraft): Standard for large items; delivered to curb or driveway. White-glove availability varies by region.
  • Driveway-Level Freight (GDI): Delivered to the end of your driveway or nearest safe, truck-accessible spot. White-glove service is not available for GDI products.

Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the freight carrier and may vary due to weather, logistics, or peak season demand.


Leisurecraft Sauna Delivery Expectations

Leisurecraft saunas ship in large wooden crates via LTL freight carrier. Delivery is curbside only; drivers do not unload the crate.

  • 7 ft and under models: Can typically be lowered to the ground using a liftgate.
  • Over 7 ft models: Too large for liftgate delivery — customers must arrange unloading (forklift with extensions or a tilt-deck/rollback tow truck).
  • Be prepared: Ensure the truck can access your road or driveway and have a clear space ready.
  • Inspection required: Photograph the crate before signing; note any damage on the Bill of Lading.

Access & preparation

  • Ensure the truck can reach your address (road conditions, driveway access, gate codes).
  • Large items ship on a pallet or in a crate; have a clear space ready on delivery day.
  • Inspect boxes before signing; photograph any damage and note it on the delivery receipt.

Taxes & fees

  • Sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable.
  • We currently ship within the continental United States. Contact us for other locations.

Returns & cancellations

Some products are made-to-order and may have limited cancellation or return windows. Policies vary by supplier:

Leisurecraft products: Leisurecraft does not accept returns. If an item arrives damaged or with a missing component, replacement parts will be provided by the manufacturer.


Warranty & support

We’re an Authorized Dealer for Leisurecraft and Golden Designs Inc. Manufacturer warranties apply — keep your order confirmation email for quick service.

Golden Designs Inc. requires customers to register their sauna after delivery to activate the warranty.


Financing

Affirm is available at checkout for qualifying purchases.
