At Your Backyard Oasis, we are proud to offer handcrafted outdoor wellness products by Dundalk Leisurecraft. This policy outlines all shipping, delivery, order, and warranty details for Leisurecraft products.
Minimum Order Requirement
Effective September 22, 2025, all U.S. Leisurecraft orders (online and in-store) require a minimum order subtotal of $250 before shipping. Orders below this threshold cannot be processed.
Shipping Rates
Leisurecraft shipping rates are based on the total value and type of order:
- $320 – Applies to most saunas, hot tubs, and other large items.
- $120 – Applies to smaller structures, kits, and mid-size products.
- $55 – Applies to accessory-only orders shipped without a sauna or hot tub.
Shipping rates will be confirmed before payment is captured. You will receive an email with the final shipping cost, which must be approved before your order is processed.
Shipping Terms
- All Leisurecraft products include scheduled curbside delivery by an LTL freight carrier; in some cases, delivery may occur via flatbed.
- Drivers do not unload or bring items onto your property — delivery is curbside only.
- Oversized crates (over ~92”) cannot be lowered with a liftgate.
Delivery Methods (Updated for 2025 Models)
Delivery method depends on the overall length of the sauna crate:

1. Tailgate Delivery (7 ft and under models)
Saunas that are 7 ft or shorter can be lowered to the ground using a liftgate. The carrier will schedule an appointment and place the crate at the end of your driveway or curbside. -
2. Oversized Crates (Over 7 ft models)
Models over 7 ft cannot be tailgate-delivered and must be unloaded by the customer. Acceptable methods include:- Renting a forklift (with fork extensions)
- Hiring a tilt-deck or rollback tow truck
- Discussing additional unloading options with the carrier
Damage On Arrival:
- Photograph any visible damage before unwrapping.
- Note all damage on the Bill of Lading before signing.
- If the driver will not wait, sign the BOL as “Pending Inspection”.
- Contact us within 48 hours for assistance with replacement parts.
Unloading Requirements
- Customers are responsible for unloading the crate from the truck.
- If you cannot unload yourself, a Tilt-Deck Tow Truck Service can be pre-arranged at the time of order (typical cost $750). Availability varies by location.
- Must be scheduled and paid in advance; cannot be added after shipment.
- Failure to unload may result in redelivery fees or return-to-terminal charges.
Address Changes
- Before shipment: Free
- After shipment: $250 reconsignment fee
Delivery Inspection & Damage Claims
- Inspect the crate before signing.
- Note any visible damage or concerns on the delivery slip.
- If the driver won’t wait, sign “Pending Inspection”.
- Report damage with photos within 48 hours.
- Leisurecraft does not accept returns — replacement parts are provided for damaged or missing items.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Leisurecraft products are made-to-order. To avoid delays and fees, please finalize your specifications at the time of purchase.
- Orders may be changed or canceled within 14 days at no cost.
- Changes after 14 days may incur a $65 processing fee.
- No changes or cancellations are allowed within 7 days of the scheduled ship date.
Returns & Final Sale
All Leisurecraft products are final sale. No returns or refunds are accepted once the item has shipped. In cases of freight damage or manufacturing issues, replacement parts will be provided under warranty.
Warranty
- Includes a 3-year residential warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.
- Warranty covers replacement parts only (labor and freight not included).
- Electrical components (heaters, lighting) are covered separately by their manufacturers (typically 1–5 years).
- Normal wear, improper use, or lack of maintenance are not covered.
Accessories & Tariffs
- With a sauna: No tariffs or accessory shipping fees apply.
- Standalone orders: A $55 shipping fee applies. Import tariffs of 22–90% (based on country of origin) may also be charged and must be paid in full before shipping.
