At Your Backyard Oasis, we are committed to providing a smooth and transparent shipping experience. Below is a summary of our shipping policies:

Shipping Area:
We currently ship to the continental United States (Lower 48 and Washington, D.C.). We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping Options:

  • Free Standard Shipping:
    All products qualify for free standard curbside delivery.

  • White Glove Delivery (if available):
    Includes in-home placement and basic setup. Only available on select items if offered by the supplier. Additional charges apply.

  • Porch Delivery (if available):
    Offers drop-off at your doorstep instead of curbside. Only available on select items if supported by the supplier. Additional charges apply.

Processing & Delivery Times:

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Most items ship within 7–14 business days.

  • Custom or made-to-order items may take longer.

  • We will notify you if there are any delays or backorders.

Damaged Shipments:
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Report any damage within 48 hours and include photos if possible.
